基于供应链的乳制品质量安全可追溯系统构建研究

摘要

Based on the various aspects of the dairy supply chain to analyze the main problems that exist ,the use of initial construction related logistics IT security quality dairy supply chain traceability system ,dairy products distribution process in order to achieve real -time data collection , analysis and supervision , to achieve food logistics , business flow , information flow three streams simultaneously ,protect the quality and safety of dairy products .%通过对乳制品供应链上各环节所存在主要问题进行分析，运用相关物流信息技术初步构建乳制品供应链质量安全可追溯系统，从而实现乳制品流通过程中的数据实时搜集、分析和监管，实现食品的物流、商流、信息流三流同步，保障乳制品质量安全。
