基于制度理论分析的中小学校本课程建设困境探究

         

摘要

The related system of curricula construction is an important factor influencing the construction of school-based curriculum in pri-mary and middle schools .By analyzing the institutional dilemma in the process of school-based curriculum construction ,it is possible to further clarify the inherent mechanism of school-based curriculum dilemma .Based on the theory of institution analysis ,this paper puts forward the sys-tem dilemma of school-based curriculum construction in our country :the ambiguity of curriculum system at national level ,the changeable and ambiguous course policy at local level ,the selective neglect of school curriculum implementation ,teacher training and evaluation system does not match ,the lack of security systems at school and other aspects of interference .%课程建设的相关制度是影响中小学校本课程建设的重要因素,通过对中小学校本课程建设过程中存在的制度困境进行分析,能够进一步剖析当前学校校本课程建设中困境的内在机理。依托制度分析理论发现我国中小学校本课程建设的制度困境有:国家层面课程制度的模糊性、地方层面课程政策的多变与暧昧、学校层面课程制度执行的选择性忽视、教师培养与评价制度和课程实践需求制度的不对位、校本课程建设保障制度的缺失等。
