论外语教师课程意识的再概念化

     

摘要

Teachers' curriculum consciousness is, in essence, their view of the curriculum culture that has been internalized in the mind of individual teachers, which is mainly composed of teachers' sense of power to their being the curriculum dominators, their sense of reflection on the curriculum value, and their sensitivity to the resources of their curriculum. Teachers' curriculum consciousness, which has been renovated from time to time, will help teachers update their view of curriculum, achieve professional development and optimize their practice of teaching. In the information age, the basic means to cultivating teachers' new curriculum consciousness are, to encourage reflective teaching, to take narrative research, and to exploit school-based curriculum.%教师课程意识本质上是内隐于教师个体的动态课程文化观,它主要由教师的课程主体权力意识、课程价值反思意识和课程资源敏感意识构成。不断革新的课程意识有助于促进外语教师课程观更新、个性化专业发展和课程实践优化。在信息时代背景下,创生外语教师新的课程意识的基本途径是:倡导反思性教学,开展叙事研究和开发校本课程。
