以人力管理为抓手开展'优质护理服务示范工程'

         

摘要

目的 探讨在实施"优质护理服务示范工程"过程中如何通过科学的人力资源配置,在基础工作量显著增加的情况下,保证基础护理到位,提高患者满意度.方法 收集同期相关数据,包括出入院人数、手术人数、一级护理人数、基础护理工作量、陪住率及患者对护理工作的满意度等,对其进行分析.结果 实施"优质护理服务示范工程"前后,在基础护理工作量显著增加的状况下,陪住率明显下降,患者满意度稳步提高,具有统计学意义,P值均<0.05.结论 护理人力资源科学管理是保证基础护理到位,提高患者满意度的关键.%Objective To discuss how to ensure the quality of basic nursing work and improve patients' satisfaction without significantly increasing nursing work, during the process of high - quality nursing care. Method We collected and analyzed the data under high - quality nursing care in wards of a hospital. The data which was collected before and after high - quality nursing care included the number of patients who admission or discharge during that period, the patients who had an operation, the patients who need grade one nursing, the quantity of basic nursing care , the rate of accompany and the satisfaction of nursing works. Result The quantity of basic nursing care increased significantly, the rate of accompany decreased obviously, and the nursing works improved significantly during high - quality nursing care period ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Professional management to nursing human resource is the guarantee to ensure basic nursing suitable, which can improve nursing care service and ameliorate patients'satisfaction on nursing works.
