PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manhour management system for properly obtaining a working state of a worker by managing the working state of workers on the basis of a working time divided in each work process, shortening a time for managing the working time in each work process and reducing a human burden.;SOLUTION: An application operation recording part 11 acquires a type, name and state of an application in response to a change in a state of the application and stores them together with a manhour code returned from a manhour code designing part 13 as an operation record in an application operation history storing part 12. The application operation history storing part 12 calculates a difference between an application start time and its end time to find a manhour time. A manhour-based time calculating part acquires data of the manhour time from the application operation history storing part 12, subtotals the time data in each manhour and returns the time data to a manhour management time inputting part 15.
