摘要:Objective:To analyze the effect of nutrition diet guidance on postpartum lactation of pregnant women.Methods:120 cases of June 2015-2016 April Mianyang third People's Hospital maternal selected,divided into experimental group (60 cases)according to the random number table method,60 cases in the control group,experimental group of maternal nutrition diet guidance,control group by family members to provide food,com-pared two groups of initial time of lactation and lactation.Results:experimental group production after 48h,60H and 72h,84,96 lactation number were 27 cases,15 cases,10 cases,5 cases,3 cases of,the control group corresponding to 12 cases,14 cases,12 cases,9 cases,13 cases,significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).In addition,experimental groups of lactating adequacy ratio was significantly higher than that of con-trols (98.0% vs 75%,P<0.05).Conclusion:compared with the control group,the experimental group has better effect of lactation,and the guid-ance of postpartum nutrition diet has high clinical application value,it is worth popularizing and applying.%目的:分析营养饮食指导对产妇产后泌乳的影响。方法:选取2015年06月-2016年04月绵阳市第三人民医院产妇120例,按随机数字表法将其分成实验组60例,对照组60例,为实验组产妇应用营养饮食指导,对照组由家属提供饮食,比较两组泌乳始动时间及泌乳量。结果:实验组生产后48h、60h、72h、84h、96h泌乳的人数分别为27例、15例、10例、5例、3例,对照组对应为12例、14例、12例、9例、13例,两组差异显著(P<0.05),此外,实验组泌乳充足率明显高于对照组(98.0% VS 75%,P<0.05)。结论:与对照组相比,实验组产妇泌乳效果更佳,产后营养饮食指导具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广应用。
