膜技术用于紫薯花色苷色素分离纯化的工艺研究

         

摘要

The natural pigment is got more and more attention and favored by consumers due to its non - toxicity and more safe than the artificial synthetic pigments. This study compares the influence of core filtration, microfiltration, ul-trafiltration on the extractions of purple sweet potato anthocyanins. The combination of microfiltration and ultrafiltration was the best. The pigment solution contained less solid but high color value. The comparison of nanofiltration and the reverse osmosis on the influence of concentrating process showed that nanofiltration and reverse osmosis can both achieve the same effect of concentration, but considering the higher price and operating pressure of the reverse osmosis membrane , the nanofiltration is more feasible. In addition, nanofiltration can filter out some smaller molecules and thus purify the pigment.%随着天然色素受到人们越来越多的关注和青睐.本文研究了膜技术用于紫薯花色苷天然色素的分离与纯化的工艺,给出了各级膜过程运行状况,其试验数据可供工业化生产的参考与借鉴.实验中分别对比砂芯过滤、微滤、超滤对紫薯花色苷色素粗提液纯化的影响,确定了微滤-超滤联用的色素纯化工艺,且比对了纳滤与反渗透对超滤滤液的浓缩效果.结果表明采用微滤-超滤联用处理紫薯花色苷色素粗提液后,能得到较小固含,较高色价的色素溶液;浓缩实验中,纳滤与反渗透能到达同样的浓缩效果,但反渗透膜昂贵,运行压力更大,相比之下采用纳滤浓缩更为经济,且纳滤膜可以使小分子物质透过,对色素溶液起到了进一步纯化的作用.
