    • 摘要: In co-injection molding,the properties and distribution of polymers will affect the application of products.The focus of this work is to investigate the effect of molding parameters on the skin/core material distribution based on three-dimensional(3-D)flow and heat transfer model for the sequential coinjection molding process,and the flow behaviors and material distributions of skin and core melts inside a slightly complex cavity(dog-bone shaped cavity)are predicted numerically.The governing equations of fluids in mold are solved by finite volume method and Semi-Implicit Method for Pressure Linked Equations(SIMPLE)algorithm on collocated meshes,and the domain extension technique is employed in numerical method for this cavity to assure that the numerical algorithm is implemented successfully.The level set transport equation which is used to trace the free surfaces in co-injection molding is discretized and solved by the 5 th-order Weighted Essentially Non-Oscillatory(WENO)scheme in space and 3 rd-order Total Variation Diminishing Runger-Kutta(TVD-R-K)scheme in time respectively.Numerical simulations are conducted under various volume fraction of core melt,skin and core melt temperatures,skin and core melt flow rates.The predicted results of material distribution in length,width and thickness directions are in close agreement with the experimental results,which indicate that volume fraction of core melt,core melt temperature and core melt flow rate are principal factors that have a significant influence on material distribution.Numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of the 3-D model and the corresponding numerical methods in this work,which can be used to predict the melt flow behaviors and material distribution in the process of sequential co-injection molding.

    • 摘要: 为了设计更高效、高机动性的扑翼飞行器,需要对扑翼运动机理进行细致的动力学研究。其中,迎角是影响扑翼运动气动性能的关键因素。本文结合格子Boltzmann法与Level-Set动边界识别法,建立了含有动边界的流场模拟方法,并采用GPU加速,数值研究了迎角对扑翼运动气动性能的影响。结果表明:增大迎角,扑翼运动的升阻比呈现先增大后减小的趋势,当迎角θ=10°时,能够获得最佳气动性能。θ=0°~40°范围内,随着迎角的增大,扑翼翼尖处的上下翼面压差比翼根、翼中处大,在翼尖处提供了更大的升力。随着迎角的增大,扑翼的前缘涡附着于翼面的面积明显增大,扑翼后方脱落的涡旋也较难耗散,提高了扑翼的升力;同时,翼尖涡的强度和影响范围变大,增加了扑翼的阻力。

    • 摘要: 水流在非饱和土体中的入渗过程实质上是水在下渗的过程中驱替空气的两相流问题.为揭示非饱和花岗岩残积土水-气两相驱替动态渗流机理,选取福州某地原状花岗岩残积土作为研究对象,基于工业CT扫描图像与Level Set方法,研究了原状土样两相驱替的动态特征.结果表明:对于细观尺度水-气两相驱替模拟,Level Set法能很好地捕捉两种不混溶流体间的界面位置;水-气两相驱替过程存在大孔隙优先流特征,且"绕流"现象一般易于出现在孔隙成圆度较高处;两相渗流速度主要受孔道迂回度控制,笔直、较宽孔道,渗流速度相对较高,同时存在明显的"优势通道",且随渗流时间增大以先急后缓的特征呈正相关变化,最大增速率为10.77%,最小仅1.90%;孔道横截面速度大小分布与孔隙结构有关,"回流"和"绕流"现象会使驱替速度骤降,降低幅度可达21.62%;驱替阻力最大出现在孔壁处,孔道越窄,阻力越大;驱替效率与驱替压差成正比关系,且初期加压增速效果显著,可达25.49%,后期仅为1.47%.该研究成果可丰富降雨型滑坡理论基础并预防灾害产生,具有重要的理论价值及工程意义.

    • 摘要: 高精度数值模拟方法在具有化学反应及强间断的炸药爆轰问题数值模拟中具有重要的应用价值.本文通过求解柱坐标系下二维轴对称反应流欧拉方程组,采用基于Level set界面捕捉方法的欧拉型高精度多介质数值方法,编写了凝聚相炸药非理想爆轰程序,并对TATB基炸药在拐角效应中的死区现象进行了数值模拟研究.通过对比基于压力的点火增长模型与基于熵函数的CREST反应燃烧模型在拐角死区问题的计算效果,分析了两种反应模型的优势与不足,并结合两者的优点提出了一种多判据反应速率模型.数值模拟结果表明,该模型可以直接对死区进行计算,且死区高度与实验结果较为一致.

    • 摘要: Neurodegenerative disorders are commonly characterized by atrophy of the brain which is caused by neuronal loss.Ventricles are one of the prominent structures in the brain;their shape changes,due to their content,the cerebrospinal fluid.Analyzing the morphological changes of ventricles,aids in the diagnosis of atrophy,for which the region of interest needs to be separated from the background.This study presents a modified distance regularized level set evolution segmentation method,incorporating regional intensity information.The proposed method is implemented for segmenting ventricles from brain images for normal and atrophy subjects of magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography images.Results of the proposed method were compared with ground truth images and produced sensitivity in the range of 65%–90%,specificity in the range of 98%–99%,and accuracy in the range of 95%–98%.Peak signal to noise ratio and structural similarity index were also used as performance measures for determining segmentation accuracy:95%and 0.95,respectively.The parameters of level set formulation vary for different datasets.An optimization procedure was followed to fine tune parameters.The proposed method was found to be efficient and robust against noisy images.The proposed method is adaptive and multimodal.

    • 摘要: 为分析黄壁庄水库在库水位骤升后出现冒泡现象的原因,保障水库安全运行,建立了一种耦合Level-Set法的含自由面渗流分析方法。该方法考虑了入渗过程中的气相可压缩性,能够直观地反映多孔介质中水气两相界面的运动与融合,可求解常规方法无法处理的气相参与的渗流问题。运用该方法模拟了该水库在不同蓄水过程下的坝前水气两相运移过程,结果表明:黄壁庄水库坝前水面出现冒泡现象是由水位骤升将铺盖内的空气包围,并随水体入渗压缩空气,出现憋气现象,直到达到突破压强时气体释放所致;蓄水过程是影响坝前水面冒泡现象发生与发展的关键因素。模拟结果与实际观测现象基本吻合,验证了该方法的合理性。

    • 摘要: 目前Level-Set图像分割方法存在初始轮廓的确定受人为因素影响较大的问题,对目标被遮盖和目标与背景灰度值相近无法达到理想的分割效果.针对此问题,本文提出了利用Faster-RCNN网络模型确定目标初始轮廓和区域信息的先验水平集图像分割方法,搭建Caffe深度学习框架训练Faster-RCNN网络模型;通过有监督学习的方式在IAILD数据集上训练模型,检测出目标建筑物并初步提取建筑物的轮廓,并将其与形状先验的Level-Set算法结合.对比实验结果表明,本文方法解决了Level-Set算法中图像分割结果初始轮廓受人为标记框选的影响较大的问题,能够更好地完成被遮挡建筑物的分割,对于目标建筑和背景灰度值相近也能达到更好的分割效果.
