通过提取板栗刺壳中的栲胶,以栲胶用量、初始pH值、结束pH值和鞣制时间为因素设计正交试验,探究了板栗刺壳栲胶(CCTSE)复鞣山羊蓝皮的工艺条件.将得到的板栗刺壳栲胶与栗木栲胶、坚木栲胶、TARA栲胶等其它几种市场常见栲胶进行了应用对比.研究发现,用板栗刺壳栲胶复鞣山羊蓝皮,观感性能良好,尤其是粒面情况比较好;收缩温度为117.4°C,明显优于其它常见栲胶;但板栗刺壳栲胶鞣制的蓝皮在抗张强度及断裂伸长率等指标上仍有不足,如果再对工艺进一步优化,可以提高其力学性能,使皮革的各项指标达到使用标准,可取代常见的栲胶.%In this paper,a orthogonal experiment was designed with 4 factors :the dosage of tannin extract,initial pH value,ended pH value and tanning time,to explore the retanning process conditions of goats blue using Chinese chestnut thorn shell extracts (CCTSE). Compared with other common extracts on the market,such as chestnut extract,solid wood extract,and white tara extract,etc,the perceived performances of leather tanned with CCTSE are better,especially the grain situation; the shrinkage temperature reachs to 117.4°C,which is superior to other common extracts; but CCTSE tanning leather on the indicators such as tensile strength and elongation at break are still insufficient. By further optimizing the tanning process,the mechanical properties could be improved,therefore,CCTSE can replace the other common extracts.
