多种地铁减振结构在直线和曲线段减振效果分析

             

摘要

In order to study the vibration-reduction effect of various vibration-damping track structures in the metro section of straight line and curved line,the field test results of vertical vibration acceleration of tunnel wall of four track structures,including elastic strip fastening,ladder sleeper,rubber vibration isolation pad and steel spring floating slab track are compared and analyzed.Then,the test results are converted to the tunnel walls'degree of Z direction vibration by FFT and 1/3 octave band method considering the Z weight factors,and its root mean square is used as the vibration-reduction effect evaluation index of the general monolithic roadbed track and vibration-damping track structures.The results show that the vertical vibration acceleration amplitudes of the tunnel wall are different in different track vibration reduction junctions,different sections and different central frequencies.In general,the steel spring floating slab track has the best vibration reduction effect followed by the rubber vibration isolation and reduction slab track and the trapezoid sleeper track.%为了研究多种地铁减振轨道结构在直线段和曲线段列车行驶时的减振效果,对比分析了铺设有单趾弹条扣件、梯形轨枕、橡胶隔振垫道床、钢弹簧浮置板道床4种轨道结构的断面处隧道壁的垂向振动加速度实测结果,然后将实测结果通过FFT变换以及考虑Z计权因子修正的1/3倍频方法得到其Z振级,对比分析减振轨道与普通整体道床隧道壁分频振级(Z振级)均方根的差值,结果表明:不同的轨道减振结构,不同的地段,不同的中心频率,隧道壁垂向振动加速度幅值都不同.总体上,钢弹簧浮置板道床轨道减振效果最好,橡胶隔振减振床轨道次之,然后是梯形轨枕轨道.
