心理契约：创造力研究的新视角

心理契约为创造力研究提供了一个崭新的视角。论述心理契约与个体创造力和团队创造力之间的关系，构建心理契约-创造力理论框架，指出未来的创造力研究可以从心理契约的认知作用、内容、维度、特征、履行、破裂及其与团队相关过程的作用关系等方面进行探索。%Psychological contract provides a new perspective for the study of creativity.The article first discusses the rela-tionship between psychological contract,individual creativity and team creativity,then builds the theoretical framework of“psychological contract-creativity”.Finally,it points out that creativity research can be explored from the aspects of psy-chological contract,such as cognitive role ,content,dimensions,characteristics,fulfillment,breach,its relationship with team-related processes,and so on.
