职业倦怠视角下辅导员领导力研究

摘要

From the introduction of the concept and connotation of counselors 'leadership, by analyzing the influence of the occupation burnout on counselors' leadership ,the paper tries to discuss about how to improve instructors' leadership, overcome instructors' occupation burnout ,such as by innovating tutor's training,evaluation and management mechanism,cultivating counselors' individual potential,personal prestige, strengthening the recognition of occupation,so as to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of political education work to the university students,enhance the attraction and appeal of counselors' work.%从辅导员领导力概念及其内涵入手,通过分析职业倦怠对辅导员领导力的影响,尝试从创新辅导员培养、评价和管理机制,发挥辅导员个人潜质,树立辅导员人格威信,强化职业和价值认同等方面,提升辅导员领导力,克服辅导员的职业倦怠,进而提高大学生思想政治教育工作的实效性和针对性,增强辅导员工作的吸引力和感染力。
