新《教师教育课程标准》下师范生'三位一体'教育实践方案的构建与实施

             

摘要

Education practice is an important part in the educa-tion and teaching work of normal universities, as well as an im-portant guarantee for the cultivation of qualified teachers. To bet-ter help normal university students apply theoretical knowledge to teaching practice, adapt to the transformation from a"student"to a"teaching", and become"expert"teachers, this study intends to construct a "three-in-one"education practice scheme based on analyzing the requirements of"Curriculum Standard for Teacher Education", aiming to improve the quality of normal university students' education practice, and cultivate high-quality and pro-fessional teachers.%教育实践是高师院校教育教学工作的重要组成部分,是培养合格师资的重要保障.为更好地使师范生将理论知识运用于教学实践,适应从"学生"到"教师"的角色转变,成为具备现代教育理念的"专家型"教师,本研究拟在分析《教师教育课程标准》要求的基础上,构建"三位一体"的教育实践方案,提高师范生的教育实践的质量,培养造就高素质专业化教师队伍服务.
