Due to the lack of systematic study of educational the-ory at pre-service period, young teachers at local colleges have many misconceptions on teaching. These misunderstandings di-rectly restrict young teachers' teaching behaviors and influence the effect of classroom teaching. Young teachers need to strengthen the study of educational theory, improve the con-sciousness of teaching reflection and teaching skills, so as to im-prove classroom teaching quality.%由于职前缺乏系统的教育理论学习,地方高校的青年教师在教学认识上存在许多误区。这些错误的认识,直接制约着青年教师的教学行为,影响课堂教学效果。青年教师需要加强教育理论学习、增强教学反思意识、提高教学技能、才能提高课堂教学质量。
