大学生时间管理倾向及其与考试焦虑的关系

         

摘要

Objective: To explore college students' time manage-ment disposition and its relationship with examination anxiety. Methods:A total of 203 sophomores from 2 literal arts classes and 2 science classes were selected and they were randomly divided into the experimental group (receiving time management training) and the control group (not receiving time management training). Test Anxiety Scale, Psychological Symptom Checklist (SCL-90) and Time Management Disposition Scale were employed to test the two groups before and after the experiment. Results:There is a negative correlation between examination anxiety and time management disposition. After time management training, the level of time management disposition of the experimental group improved and the level of their psychological health also im-proved to a certain degree, while the level of their examination anxiety was reduced. Conclusion:Time management training can improve the level of students' time management disposition, im-prove the level of psychological health and reduce examination anxiety. So the writer proposes to integrate time management ed-ucation with psychological health education, in order to improve college students' time management ability and the level of psy-chological health, and reduce examination anxiety.%目的:探讨大学生时间管理倾向及其与考试焦虑的关系。方法:选取文科二年级学生2个班级,理科二年级学生2个班级,共203人,随机分成实验组(接受时间管理训练)和对照组(不接受时间管理训练),采用考试焦虑量表、心理症状自评量表(SCL-90)和时间管理倾向量表,对实验组和对照组进行前测和后测。结果:考试焦虑和时间管理倾向之间存在负相关。时间管理训练后,试验组的时间管理倾向水平提高,心理健康水平有所提升,考试焦虑水平下降。结论:时间管理训练可以提升学生时间管理倾向水平,提高心理健康水平,降低考试焦虑,建议高校将时间管理教育与心理健康教育相结合,提升大学生时间管理能力及心理健康水平,从而降低考试焦虑。
