独立学院学习困难学生的学习思想状况与教育对策分析

     

摘要

Taking Tianmu College of Zhejiang A&F University as an example, by typical survey and personal interview methods, the research investigated the learning and ideological status, re-lationship with classmates, follow-up education and effectiveness of 153 students with learning difficulties, who had once received early warning of discontinuing their education and drop-out pro-bation from the college. Analyses showed that these students generally had such problems as less time in learning, irregular schedule arrangement, poor ability in self-management and bad classmate relationship. According to the established three linkage mechanism, involving colleges, parents and students in Tianmu College, this paper tried to probe into effective follow-up educa-tion countermeasures to help students with learning difficulties improve their learning and ideological status and provide effective practice experience involving school consultation system, appro-priate supervision of parents and students' own reformative learn-ing, etc.%以浙江农林大学天目学院为例,通过典型问卷调查和谈话调查方式,对153名受到学院退学预警和退学试读的学习困难学生进行学习思想状况、同学关系、后续教育及成效等方面的调查研究。分析认为学困生普遍存在着诸如学习时间投入少、作息安排没规律、自我管理能力差、同学关系不融洽等问题。结合天目学院所建立的学院、家长、学生三方联动的工作机制和平台,探讨了帮助学困生改善学习思想状况的后续教育对策和学院的学业会商制度、家长的适度监督、学生自身的改造性学习等行之有效的经验做法。
