汉外文学翻译的译者意识思考

摘要

不同于汉外文学翻译中的译入语国译者，中国译者有其特有的挑战。首先中国译者应培养清醒的翻译意识、坚持译入语的语言修炼，充分意识到汉外两种语言的巨大差异，摆脱汉语对译入语在表达结构方面的约束，并遵守译入语的表达习俗。其次，译者应培养和提高文化因素的处理意识。好的文学译者，应当多阅读母语国家、尤其是译入语国家的优秀文学作品，并挑选真正的文学精品进行翻译。%Unlike translators from the target language, Chinese translators of their own literature confront unique challenges. Translating Chinese literature by them requires acute translatorial awareness, continued enhancement of the target language, and compliance with its norms. It also calls for cultivation of the skills in handling cultural elements involved and an eye for good litera-ture in source and target cultures.
