The tutorial system for undergraduates is an effective way of individual guidance, playing a significant role in helping freshmen adapt to university life and study as soon as possible. Through an investigation on the implementation of the system, this paper preliminarily analyzes the causes of the difference of their adaptability, and proposes countermeasures to improve it.%本科生导师制是一种有效的个人指导方式,在帮助大学新生尽快适应大学生活与学习具有显著的作用。本文通过对大一新生的本科生导师制实行情况进行调查,并初步分析形成差异的原因,提出提高大学新生适应性的措施。
