团体心理辅导对高校新生班级学风的促进作用

     

摘要

为了探索团体心理辅导对大学新生班级学习氛围与人际氛围的影响作用,本研究通过以班级学风为主题的团体心理辅导,对174名大一新生以班级为单位进行为期三周的实验研究,实验结束后采用自编《班级学习氛围》问卷作为评估指标对实验组与对照组进行比较分析。分析结果发现,实验组班级氛围总分、找到共同学习目标的朋友、时间管理、自发学习活动、专业认识和人际氛围题项的得分高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。统计结果显示,短期的团体心理辅导活动对新生班级学习氛围和人际氛围具有促进作用,文章并进一步就团体辅导对高校新生班级的适用性进行了讨论。%To explore the influence of group psychological guid-ance on college freshmen's class learning atmosphere and inter-personal relationship, this paper, through the group psychological guidance themed by class learning style, carried out a three-week experimental research on 174 college freshmen with class as the unit, and then used the self-made questionnaire of"class learn-ing atmosphere"as the evaluation standard to compare and ana-lyze the experimental group and the control group. It was found in the analysis results that the total score in class atmosphere, the scores in making friends with those who have the same learning objectives, time management, autonomous learning activities, professional understanding and interpersonal relationship of the experimental group are higher than those of the control group, and the difference is of statistical significance ( <0.05). It was indicated in the statistical results that short-term group psycho-logical guidance can promote college freshmen's class learning atmosphere and inter personal relationship. This paper then dis-cussed the adaptability of group guidance in college freshmen's class.
