A structure (1) has a spherical core (11), a water-soluble layer (12), a fiber layer (13), a marine mineral extraction layer (14), a flavor layer (15), a seasoning layer (16), and a protective layer (17) in order from inside to outside. The spherical core 11 includes a fish egg extract, a fish bone extract, a dragon fruit extract, and a white tomato extract. When the water-soluble layer 12 covers the spherical core 11, the spherical core 11 is easily dissolved in the liquid.
