教师是与学生相对应的概念,教师也是因教而存在.要探讨教师观的演变,最直接有效的还是从各个时代的人才需求着手,把教师放在一个比较本体的环境中来加以审视,抛却教师作为教师以外的因素干扰,对教师观的演变做个梳理,从而找到对现代教师教育的一些有益启示.%Teacher is a definition that corresponds to student, so teacher exists because of teaching. The most direct and effective exploration of the evolution of teacher concept is to start from tal-ent demands in different eras, reviewing teacher in a relatively noumenal environment, and ignoring the interference of factors beyond teacher, in order to summarize the evolution of teacher concept and find some beneficial inspirations for contemporary teacher education.
