摘要：According to the provisions of the Negotiable Instruments Law, the holder intentional use the forged instrument, who should held criminal responsibility. The idea that the holder who known the indi-rect prior holder′s endorsement is forged and uses the forged instrument should not held criminal responsi-bility is untenable. From the basic principles of the Bill Act and the legislative point of domestic and for-eign, only the holder in good faith is protected. Either direct prior holder′s endorsement, or indirect prior holder′s endorsement is forged, the holder should held the corresponding criminal responsibility when he /she uses the knowingly instrument.%根据《票据法》规定，故意使用伪造票据的持票人应被依法追究刑事责任。主张明知非直接前手背书伪造而使用不承担刑事责任的观点并不成立。从《票据法》基本理论和国内外立法来看，只有善意持票人受法律保护。无论直接前手背书伪造，还是非直接前手背书伪造，持票人明知票据存有伪造事实而使用的都应承担相应的刑事责任。
摘要：通过对683名高校在校大学生进行了问卷调查及个别访谈，了解到当前大学生日常思想政治教育主要是采取灌输式教育方法，导致学生对教育内容了解不全面、对教育方法评价不高、自身言行不一，学生更倾向于全程体验式学习。将全程体验式教育方法引入日常思想政治教育，可创新大学生日常思想政治教育的时间观、教育观、方法观等，提升教育的实效性。%This study conducted a questionnaire survey and individual interviews of 683 university students, discusses the daily ideological and political education of contemporary university students problems. Through the analysis of the current situation, found the existence of instilling preaching problem in education method, and thus obtained the solutions to the problems, the whole process of experiential education method into the daily ideological and political education of contemporary college students, in order to solve the daily ideological and political education in the " bottleneck" problem.
摘要：主要对《现代外语》2009年第3期上刊载的项成东教授的论文《英汉动物隐喻的跨文化研究》进行评述。通过分析，肯定了项成东从文化视角、体验哲学和认知机制分析动物隐喻产生差异的原因的研究方式及研究结论。同时，也指出了项成东论文存在的若干缺陷，并提出改进方法。%This article is a review on English and Chinese animal metaphors: A cross-culture study, which was written by Professor Xiang Cheng Dong et al., published in Modern Language, No 3, Vol. 32, 2009. We agree with their research methods: the study investigated the factors giving rise to the differences be-tween animal metaphors in two languages from the perspectives of culture, experiential philosophy and cognitive mechanism. Meanwhile, we point out the demerits in their study and give them solutions.

摘要：在进行人脸检测过程中，自然光源光照条件和取景设备对图像原本色彩存在干扰影响，这样很难满足人脸识别系统的要求。从图像进行光照补偿处理的方法和效果的研究出发，实验证明：在图像背景相当简单的情况下，采用参考白光线补偿方法可以很好地对色温差图像进行光照补偿处理，消除了光照的影响力，使后续的处理更适合进行人脸识别性能。%During face detection process, the original color image is affected by the natural light illumina-tion conditions and viewing equipment interference, it is difficult to meet the requirements of face recogni-tion systems. Researching illumination compensation from the image processing method and effect,when the background of the imageis quite simple, the color temperature can be a good illumination compensation processing by using a reference white light which can eliminate the effects of illumination force and make more suitable for face recognition performancein subsequent processing.
