流体机械类课程研究型实验教学方法探索与实践

     

摘要

Fluid machineries have many characteristics of various types,complex structure and high risk medium;and fluid machinery is the major course in the college of engineering.The disadvantages of the existing relevant fluid machineries in the experiment teaching are analyzed in this paper;and a research-type designing experimental teaching method is proposed.According to the comprehensive experimental task,this method requires students to design the experimental scheme using research-type learning method;and then by comparison discussions the final feasible experimental schemes are perfected and determined based on laboratory conditions;finally,the experimental equipment is assembled and the experiment is completed.Combined with 3D printing technology,virtual simulation technology,the working process simulation,an experiment teaching method based on the research study is put forward,where this experimental teaching methods are illustrated.Requirements of tutors,laboratory condition and management are introduced.The proposed experimental teaching methods help to improve abilities of creativity and of solving practical problems of students.%流体机械具有种类多样、结构复杂和介质高危等特点,流体机械类课程是工科院校的重要课程.分析了现有有关流体机械实验教学中存在的不足,提出设计研究型实验教学方法;根据所设定的综合性实验任务,学生通过研究型学习自行设计实验方案,经过比较讨论使之完善,根据实验室条件确定最终可行的实验方案;搭建并组装实验设备,完成实验教学.结合3D打印、虚拟仿真、工作过程模拟,提出一种基于仿真模拟的研究型实验教学方法;阐明了这种实验教学方法的实施步骤.介绍了对指导教师、实验室条件和管理方面的要求.该实验教学方法有助于提高学生的创新能力和解决实际问题能力.
