Taking Chinese Food in An Integrated English Course (the 2nd edition, Shanghai Foreign Language Education Press) as an example, this paper expounds how to use scaffolding instruction in practical teaching under the network environment from five steps of scaffolding instruction—to build scaffolding, to get into the context, to explore independently, to cooperate, and to evaluate).%该文基于网络环境，从支架式教学的五个步骤（搭脚手架、进入情境、独立探索、协作学习、效果评价）入手，以高校英语专业基础英语课程——综合教程（上外教第2版）中Chinese Food一课为例，阐述如何在实际教学中运用支架式教学。
