八自由度智能喷涂机器人的结构设计与模态分析

             

摘要

The paper took the eight degrees of freedom (DOF) intelligent spraying robot, which was developed based on independent research and applied to the spraying line, as the research object.Firstly, the overall design scheme of the robot structure was determined according to the requirements of the performance and structure;And then, the machine structure model of the spraying robot was established by using the 3D modeling software SolidWorks, and the finite element model of the robot structure was also built after simplifying the structure model by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench;Finally, by making the displacement analysis and modal analysis of the spraying robot, the first six orders natural frequencies and vibration modes were obtained.%以自主研发运用于喷涂流水线的八自由度智能喷涂机器人为研究对象,根据其性能和结构要求,确定该机器人结构的总体设计方案,运用SolidWorks 三维建模软件构建出机器人整机结构模型,简化模型后基于ANSYS Workbench软件建立了机器人整机结构的有限元模型,并对其进行了位移分析和模态分析,得到其前六阶固有频率和振型.
