Survey shows that the utilization degree of library resources of the students in 4 ASEAN (the Association of Southeast Asian Nations) countries is higher than the international level. It is considered that the higher the level of economic development, the lower the utilization degree of the students. The utilization of learning resources can reflect the helpfulness and education meth-ods of a university in which the activities with zero and low participation frequency will help students to improve literacy level while those activities with high frequency will have a negative impact. This article suggests constructing a database that records the re-sources utilization of the students to make a research on the students' activities preference and corresponding influencing factors. This can help increase the learning resources support in backward areas and provide all kinds of reading materials that can meet their psychological development for students of all ages.%东盟四国学生对图书馆各项资源的利用程度均高于国际水平,经济发展水平越高,学生的利用程度越低。与学生学习具有直接关系的资源利用活动状况反映了学校教育为学生提供的帮助程度和教育方法。对于和学生学习关系度较低的活动,0频率和低频率有助于学生提升素养水平,过高频率则产生负面影响。建议构建学生资源利用活动的大数据库,探究学生活动的偏好及其各方面的影响因素,加大对薄弱地区图书馆的学生学习资源的支持力度,为各年龄段的学生提供满足他们心理发展需求的各类阅读材料。
