蜂蜜蜂花粉泡腾片制备工艺研究

         

摘要

开发一种蜂蜜蜂花粉泡腾片。以蜂花粉、蜂蜜粉、柠檬酸为主要原料,采用单因素试验和正交试验方法,确定蜂蜜蜂花粉泡腾片的最佳生产配方。蜂蜜蜂花粉泡腾片的最佳配方为:蜂蜜粉20%,蜂花粉6.0%,崩解剂柠檬酸17.5%,碳酸氢钠12.5%,甜味剂甜蜜素6.0%,润滑剂无水乙醇2.0%,增稠剂黄原胶2.0%,填充剂麦芽糊精34%。该制备工艺简单可行,制备的蜂花泡腾片质量稳定,符合药典要求,崩解迅速、口感良好、服用方便。%The aim of this research is to study the prepating technology of honey and bee pollen powder effervescent tablets.Taking bee pollen powder , honey powder and citric acid as major materials , by means of single factor ex-perimental design and orthogonal experimental design , the optimal production formula of honey and bee pollen effer-vescent tablets was determined .The optimum formula is:honey powder 20%, bee pollen 6%, disintegrants citric acid 17.5%and sodium bicarbonate 12.5%, sweetener sodium cyclamate 6.0%, slip agent anhydrous ethanol 2. 0 %, thickener xanthan gum 2 .0%and filler maltodextrin 34%.This preparing process is easy to be controlled and the quality of the prepared effervescent tablets is steady .
