小学教育专业学生专业认同与人格类型关系的研究

         

摘要

Through the questionnaire of professional identity and the Implicit Association Test to undergraduates majoring in primary school education, the author measures their explicit and implicit identity to their major; the author also measures their personality types by using the MBTI personality scale, to explore the relationships between their professional identity and personality types. The result shows that the undergraduates’ professional identity is more explicit;those who are extrovert and with emotional dimensions are more suitable for primary school, and the separation of implicit and explicit professional identity occurs.%该研究对小学教育专业学生进行专业认同问卷调查和内隐联想测验,测量学生对小学教育专业的外显和内隐认同情况,用MBTI人格量表测量了学生的人格类型,探讨小学教育专业学生专业认同与人格类型关系。研究发现,小学教育专业学生外显专业认同较高,外向和情感维度的人更适合从事小学教师职业,内隐和外显专业认同出现了分离现象。
