“国培计划”背景下小学英语骨干教师培训模式探析

摘要

The project for training key teachers in primary schools in National Training Plan is beneficial to overcoming problems in previous training program. Therefore, the paper deems that requirements of training model design ought to be mastered, training contents and problem diagnosis should be designed carefully, training activities and resources should be well organized, follow-up service should be arranged practically and training model ought to be optimized in order to promote training effect by making use of its advantages and combining the nature of primary school English with requirements for teachers.%“国培计划”中的培训小学英语骨干教师项目，有利于克服以往培训存在的问题，所以应充分发挥其优势，结合小学英语学科教学的性质和教师需求，掌握培训模式设计的基本要求，精心设计培训内容及问题诊断，组织培训活动和培训资源，认真做好跟踪服务，优化培训模式，不断提高培训效果。
