针对农村小学数学教师的培训低效短效的现状,提出以参与式培训理念指导农村小学数学教师置换培训设计、实施和总结,以解决教师培训难以深入和内化的矛盾.参与式培训的核心思想是在全程调查研究、培训方案设计、培训方案实施、培训总结和成果生成中全面推进参与式理念和作法,创造适合农村小学数学教师特点的具有针对性的培训模式.从层次和能力、需求和目标来阐述参与式培训的针对性,指出参与式培训的关键是教学现场观的贯彻.%According to the inefficiency and short-acting of the training for math teachers in rural areas, this article puts forward that the design, implementation and summary of replacement training for the math teachers in rural areas should be guided by the participatory training idea in order to solve the problem that the teacher training is hard to deepen and internalize. The core idea of participatory training is to push on the idea and the practice of participatory comprehensively in whole investigation, design, implementation and summary of the training project, as well as formation of achievements, in order to create proper training mode for math teachers in rural areas. This article describes the pertinence of participatory training by levels and competence, as well as demands and objectives, pointing out that the key to participatory training is the implementation of the on-the-spot concept.
