积极心理学视角下高校心理咨询的思考

摘要

Psychological consultation in colleges and universities is an important part of the teaching and learning of higher education in China and it has the important instruction and the promotion function to the university student 's physical and mental health development .Although the traditional psychological counseling model plays a certain role in the development of the individual , because of some disadvantages , it is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the times and social development .Positive psychology theory with a new perspective , including several aspects that are exciting the positive potential of the individual , promoting positive emotional experience , developing a posi-tive personality and using the positive social support system , will provide a new direction for the college counseling , so as to effectively improve the students'psychological health level and serve better in education and teaching in schools .%高校心理咨询是我国高等学校教育教学的重要组成部分，对高校学生的身心健康发展具有重要的指导和促进作用。传统的心理咨询模式尽管对个体的发展起到了一定的作用，但是存在一些弊端，难以适应时代和社会的发展要求。积极心理学理论以一个全新视角，从激发个体自身的积极潜能，促进积极情绪体验，培养积极人格以及利用积极社会支持系统几个方面，为高校心理咨询工作提供了新的走向，从而有效提高学生的心理健康水平，更好的服务于学校的教育教学。
