The present invention relates to an online psychology counseling system and an online psychology counseling method using the same. According to the present invention, the online psychology counseling system is connected with first and second terminals and a psychology counseling server through a network. The psychology counseling server requests the second terminal corresponding to a specific counsellor for a response about whether counseling is possible when receiving a counseling request from the first terminal, and then opens a counseling room when receiving a counseling approval from the second terminal. Then, the server requests the first and second terminals to enter the counseling room and obtains a voice signal of a client from the first terminal and provides a psychology state analysis result to the second terminal of the specific counsellor as a reference, and then a psychology state analysis result of the counsellor is synthesized with the psychology state analysis result by the voice signal analysis to conduct psychoanalysis. According to the present invention, a user is able to easily use online psychology counselling through a mobile device and also is able to take an appropriate psychology test if necessary, and thus, the present invention is capable of properly managing the mental health of modern people and enabling efficient and effective operation regardless of time and place.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
