PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring hue psychology diagnosis system and the like which diagnoses appropriate hue psychology for a person who performed coloring, through coloring and makes a diagnosis result effective for psychological cares.SOLUTION: A coloring hue psychology diagnosis system relating to the present invention comprises: coloring reading means for reading an image of first coloring; image analysis means for acquiring hue information from the first coloring; personal information acquisition means for acquiring personal information of a person who performed coloring; hue psychology determination means for determining hue psychology of the person who performed coloring, on the basis of the hue information and the personal information; coloring selection means for selecting coloring to be recommended to the person who performed coloring, in accordance with the hue psychology; and output means for outputting the determined hue psychology and the selected coloring. A picture patterns drawn in the first coloring is a picture pattern of a designed article, and a picture pattern drawn in second coloring is a picture pattern of a landscape image.
