The present invention is related to an illustrated card and board game that promotes the learning of virtues and strengths of character in a playful, thought-provoking and challenging way; the main objective is that the participants, through the activities and the contact with the material, can relate the strengths of character with their behaviors and perceive the impact that this causes in their life; the game is easy to understand and has numerous forms of use, it can be adapted to various objectives and audiences, adjusted to different contexts, such as: therapeutic, pedagogical and educational clinic, professional and career guidance, training and development, parenting, sport and recreation, organizational or even as a simple family play activity.
