以技工学校电工实习为例,实施三为循环法教学比传统的实习教学取得更显著的效果,最终让学生实现自我管理、自我教育、自我发展,让学生更好地适应企业工作的要求。%This paper made a case study of electrical engineering practice in skilled workers schools, and found that the "Three-Action Cycle Approach" teaching is more efficient than the traditional practice teaching, and can help students to realize their self-management, self-education and self-development, enable them to get better used to the work requirement of enterprises.
