学分制下大学数学分层次教学的优化研究

         

摘要

In the current context of Massification of higher education,multi-level teaching has become one of the highlights of higher education because of its theoretical scientificity and practical operability. However,in practice, there are some problems in multi-level teaching,such as “teaching management being decentralized and lack of systematicness”,“teaching methods being too simple and lack of diversity”,“relationship between teachers and students being too indifference and lack of effective communication and cooperation”,and so on. Multi-level teach-ing concepts need to be further clarified and multi-level teaching management should be scientific,multi-level teaching methods should be diverse,the cooperation and exchanging between teachers and students should be nor-malized,in order to optimize multi-level teaching.%在当前大众教育背景下,分层次教学因其理论上的科学性及实践中的可操作性,已成为高等教育教学改革的一大亮点。然而,在实践中,分层次教学仍普遍存在“教学管理分散,缺乏系统性”“课堂教学方法单一,缺乏多样性”“师生关系淡漠,缺乏有效沟通、合作”等问题。需要进一步明晰化分层次教学观念、科学化分层次教学管理、多样化分层次教学方法、常态化师生合作交流等,以优化分层次教学。
