论“人本”教育的困境及其模式建构

摘要

中西文化都有着深厚的人本传统，核心是“使人成为人”。教育中的“人本”模式是与工具主义模式相对应的，它以人文精神为指导，以健全的人格和幸福的生活方式为培育目标，核心是让大学生在“成人”的基础上“成才”。当代高等教育的基本困境源于“成人”与“成才”的悖谬，其化解之途在于树立“人本”教育理念，贯彻“人本”教育原则，运用“人本”教育方法，实施“人本”教育策略。%Chinese and western cultures have a rooted“people-oriented”tradition ,which core is“that makes the people as people” .Cont-rasting with the instrumentalism mode ,the“people-oriented” education mode take humanistic spirit as the guidance ,the cultivation of sound personality and happy life style as the goal ,and growth-talent mode as the core .The dilemma of contemporary higher education ori-gins from the paradox between growth and talent nurturing so higher education should implement the concepts ,principles ,methods and strategies of the“people-oriented” education .
