基于转型发展视角的新建本科院校师资队伍现状研究

摘要

新建本科院校现有师资队伍与以前相比有了很大的改观，但在转型发展背景下教师数量仍显不足，师资结构仍欠合理，双师建设仍需加强，教师培训仍存问题。师资问题已成为众多新建本科院校发展的”瓶颈”。基于此，应该认真分析原因，结合转型发展的背景和学校办学定位，通过转变师资观念、完善师资制度、加强双师建设和提高教师培训效果等途径来加强师资队伍建设。%The teaching staff in the new university has improved a lot, but in the context of transformation, the quantity of teachers is insufficient, and the faculty structure is irrational, and double qualified teachers and teach⁃er training should improve, which are the barriers of the development of new universities. Therefore with the con⁃text of transformation and university orientation, teaching staff construction should be strengthened by transform⁃ing the idea of teaching staff, perfecting teacher system, improving double qualified teachers and teacher training effect.
