道德判断能力对大学生道德人格的影响及培养路径

摘要

College students’ moral judgment ability plays an important role in promoting the unification of the college students ’ moral cognition and moral behavior,the cultivation of positive moral emotion and moral will enhance. But in the value of diverse society, contemporary college students’ moral judgment ability starts to have problems. For example, they are lack in moral analysis capabilities; moral identification ability is reduced; moral criticism spirit is digested. Therefore, we should take some measures, such as to improve the students ’ moral judgment ability establishing equal dialogue relationship between teachers and students;paying attention to the social practice and a unified value guidiance, so that the students can correctly make the right moral judgment in a complex moral environment and perfect their moral personality.%大学生道德判断能力对促进大学生道德认知和道德行为的统一、积极的道德情感的培养及道德意志的增强具有重要作用。但在价值多元化的社会，当代大学生道德判断能力出现道德分析能力欠缺，道德鉴别能力降低，道德批判精神消解的问题。要通过建立平等的师生对话关系、重视社会实践、重视主流价值引导等举措提高大学生的道德判断能力，从而使大学生能在复杂道德环境中作出正确的道德判断，完善道德人格。
