中小食品企业实施HACCP体系存在的问题和对策研究

     

摘要

The main food enterprises of China are small and medium-sized enterprises of food composition ,but the basis of small and medium-sized food enterprises condition is weak,lack of human resources,supervision is not perfect,the safety in production of many hidden dangers of food. Increase application of HACCP system in small and medium-sized food enterprises in China,effectively avoid the occurrence of food safety,related to the future development of the enterprise and the health of human beings,is a significant project. This paper analyzes the small and medium-sized food enterprises of our country may encounter in the process of constructing the HACCP system,put forward several small and medium-sized food enterprises in the construction of HACCP management system can choose the development model and implementation strategy.%我国食品企业的主体有中小食品企业构成,但中小食品企业基础条件薄弱、人力资源缺乏、监管不完善,其生产食品的安全隐患多。增加HACCP体系在我国中小食品企业中的应用,有效的避免食品安全问题的发生,关乎于企业未来的发展和人类的健康,是一项意义重大的工程。本文分析了我国中小型食品企业在构建HACCP体系的过程中可能要遇到的问题进行研究,提出了几项我国中小型食品企业在构建HACCP管理体系时的可选择发展模式以及实施对策。
