论中职教师课程实施能力的结构

         

摘要

The teacher is the main body in the process of secondary vocational curriculum implementation. The curriculum implementation effect is directly related to teachers’curriculum implementation ability. Secondary vo-cational teachers’curriculum implementation ability is shown by the overall quality in the curriculum implementa-tion. Its performance not only for teachers’teaching ability, but also include the understanding of curriculum, practice, creation and reflection ability. Secondary vocational teachers’curriculum implementation ability is inter-preted as the cognitive ability,the practice ability and the reflection ability of curriculum implementation.The three ability together constitute the secondary vocational teachers’curriculum implementation ability.%  教师是中职课程实施过程中的主体,中职课程能否顺利有效实施,与教师的课程实施能力直接相关。中职教师课程实施能力是教师在其课程实施中所表现出来综合素质,不仅表现为教师的教学能力,还应包括教师对课程的认识、实践、创生和反思能力。中职教师课程实施能力可分解为课程实施的认识能力、实践能力和反思能力。这三种能力相互作用共同构成中职教师课程实施能力。
