粤菜用料广博,选料精细,追求生猛,口味清纯鲜活,风味讲究,清而不淡,鲜而不俗,嫩而不生,油而不腻。粤菜在讲究出品和口味的同时,也注意到营养的成分组成和合理搭配。粤菜的营养特点包括了营养来源广泛、优质蛋白丰富、油脂钠盐较少、结构比例协调。%Cantonese cuisine has advantage in the extensive use of materials,fine choice of materials and pursuit of fresh.The taste is pure and fresh and the flavor is exquisite.It is clean and light,fresh and impressive,tender but not raw,oil but not greasy.Cantonese cuisine is particular about the production and taste,and at the same time it pays attention to the composition of ingredients and the reason-able match of nutrition.The nutritional characteristics of Cantonese cuisine include a wide range of sources,rich in high quality protein, less fat and sodium,as well as coordinating structure in proportion.
