玉米酵母流加培养工艺研究

         

摘要

以玉米糖化液为培养基,研究微量营养素、发酵液糖度以及流加培养接种量对酵母细胞浓度和生长率的影响,结果表明:最佳的流加培养接种量为300mL,发酵液在不同发酵时间控制在不同的糖浓度,0~10h糖浓度控制在0.07%~0.1%,10~20h控制在0.1%~0.13%之间.%This study focuses on the effect of micronutrients,the concentration of glucose in fermented solution and the amount of vaccination in the fed - batch culture on yeast cell concentration and yeast growth rate. Results showed that the amount of inoculation in the fed - batch culture is 300 mL. The glucose concentration of the fermentation solution is controlled in different levels according to the fermentation time. The glucose concentration is controlled in 0. 07% ~ 0. 1% between 0 to 10 hours and 0. l%~0. 13% between 10 to 20 hours.
