SPE-UPLC-MS/MS测定苹果汁中展青霉素的含量

         

摘要

建立一套液相色谱-串联质谱法测定苹果汁中展青霉素含量的分析方法.方法:样品经水稀释后,离心,固相萃取净化处理.以甲醇-水作为流动相,C18色谱柱分离,在多反应监测负离子扫描模式下进行检测.结果表明:展青霉素标准溶液在2.0~ 100.0ng/mL浓度范围内,线性相关系数r=-0.9991,方法检出限为2μg/kg,RSD为1.12% ~ 2.33%,回收率在81.2% ~ 88.5%之间.%In this study,the analysis method for the determination of patulin in apple juice by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established.Methods:Samples were diluted with water and purified by SPE after centrifugaled.The target compound was separated by C18 column with methanol and water as mobile phase,and determined by MRM in negative ion scan mode.The results showed that,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9991 within patulin concentration 2.0 ~ 100.0ng/mL.The method detection limit was 2 μ g/kg and the RSD of determination results were 1.12% ~ 2.33%.The recovery rates were ranged from 81.2% to 88.5%.
