以问题为导向的教学方法在眼科临床教学中的应用

             

摘要

ObjectiveTo explore the value of the problem - oriented teaching method in clinical teaching in the department of ophthalmology. MethodsSelected 2014 freshmen as the research object, and the degree of Bachelor degree. Randomly divided intothe research group and control group, each group had 40 cases, respectively were given PBL teaching and traditional teaching. Comparedwithtwo groups before and after the teaching specialty theory examination scores.Results Compared the study group and the control groups of preschool special theory examination results,P>0.05, had no difference statistically signiifcance, the study group and the control group teaching after the specialized theory examination results,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.ConclusionOriented teaching method can significantly improve the score of theory exam, and is of important signiifcance to improve the quality of teaching.%目的:探讨以问题为导向的教学方法在眼科临床教学中的价值。方法以2014年度入学的新生作为研究对象,学制为五年制本科。随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例,分别给予PBL教学与传统教学。对比两组教学前和教学后专科理论考核成绩。结果研究组和对照组教学前专科理论考核成绩结果比较,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义;研究组和对照组教学后专科理论考核成绩结果比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论以问题为导向的教学方法能够提高学生的理论课考核成绩,对提高教学质量有重要的意义。
