两岸食品防腐剂标准比对研究

         

摘要

随着中国大陆地区和中国台湾地区食品贸易规模不断扩大,贸易形式将从间接向直接转化,贸易结构也将向多元和互补方向发展。研究两岸食品添加剂标准体系必要且迫切。通过收集两岸食品添加剂标准及法律法规,对两岸食品防腐剂使用标准进行比对研究,并根据研究成果提出对策和建议,旨在为两岸食品与食品防腐剂的生产经营管理及进出口提供依据。结果表明:在名称方面,两岸差异较小;在允许使用品种、范围和限量方面,中国大陆地区允许使用的品种较多,中国台湾地区允许使用品种少,且大陆在范围和限量方面较严格。%As the continuous expansion of food trading scale across the Taiwan Straits,the trading forms will change from indirect to direct,the development of trade structure will toward plurality and complementation.It is necessary to study the differences of food additive standard systems on both sides of the Taiwan Straits.Based on the collection of cross-strait standards,laws and regulations on food additives,comparative study is carried out on the application standard systems of cross-strait food preservatives and suggestions and countermeasures are put forward in this paper to provide tech-nical references for production,sales and management.The results show that there's little difference on names of preservatives;in the aspect of allowable usage types,scopes and limit,various types but rigorous scope and limit in the mainland areas while less types but easy scope and limit in Taiwan.
