设计了以6-氯-2-氯甲基-3-喹啉甲酸乙酯(1)为起始化合物与4-三氟甲基苯甲醛(2)通过"一锅法"反应合成(E)-6-氯-2-(4-三氟甲基苯乙烯基)-3-喹啉甲酸(3),化合物3在PPA的作用下发生傅瑞德尔-克拉夫茨酰基化反应得到2-氯-10-三氟甲基-12H-苯并[4,5]卓酮并[1,2-b]喹啉-12-酮(4).所合成的化合物3,4未见文献报道,其结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱和高分辨质谱得以证实.%In the present investigation,ethyl 6-chloro-2-(chloromethyl)quinoline-3-carboxylate(1)as starting compound was subjec-ted to the reaction with 4-(trifluoromethyl)benzaldehyde(2)through simpleone-pot operationto obtain(E)-6-chloro-2-(4-(triflu-oromethyl)styryl)quinoline-3-carboxylic acid(3). Subsequently,2-chloro-10-(trifluoromethyl)-12H-benzo[4,5]cyclohepta[1,2-b]quinolin-12-one(4)was obtained by Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction of compound 3 with PPA. The synthesized compound 3 ,4 were new,and their structure had been characterized by IR,1 H NMR,13 C NMR and HRMS.
