  • 摘要：建立一种LC-MS/MS分析方法同时分离测定复配乳油中的高效氯氰菊酯和虱螨脲.方法以10 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液+甲醇为流动相,使用Agilent Eclipse Plus-C18色谱柱,对试样中高效氯氰菊酯和虱螨脲进行测定,外标法定量.高效氯氰菊酯和虱螨脲的线性相关系数分别为0.993和0.999,标准偏差分别为0.06和0.04,变异系数分别为2.45％和3.22％,平均回收率分别为110.28％和93.98％.该方法具有操作简便、快速,分离效果好,准确度和精确度高的特点.
  • 摘要：采用气相色谱法分析梨小性迷向素原药,选用DB-210毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,以正十八烷为内标物对有效成分进行分离和定量分析.结果表明,梨小性迷向素3个有效成分和内标物能够很好分离,且保留时间适宜.(Z)-8-十二碳烯-1-醇、(E)-8-十二碳烯-1-乙酸酯、(Z)-8-十二碳烯-1-乙酸酯的线性相关系数均为0.9997,标准偏差分别为0.021、0.019和0.130,变异系数分别为2.58％、0.23％和0.15％,平均回收率分别为102.61％、99.01％和99.55％.
  • 摘要：为检测土壤中的烯丙苯噻唑残留量,建立了液相色谱分析方法.土壤样品经乙腈超声提取,静置过滤,HPLC-PAD直接测定.当添加质量分数为1.0～10.0 mg/kg时,烯丙苯噻唑在黑土、水稻土和红壤中的平均添加回收率分别为96.2％～98.4％、98.0％～98.2％和96.4％～97.1％,RSD分别为1.3％～1.4％、0.8％～1.3％和1.1％～1.7％.方法最小检出量为1.0×10-9 g,最低检测质量浓度为0.2 mg/L.
  • 摘要：为有效控制水稻纹枯病,延缓病原菌对单一药剂抗性的产生,采用随机区组设计,开展了5种复配药剂对水稻纹枯病的田间药效试验.试验结果表明,17％四氟·嘧菌酯SC、27.8％噻呋·苯醚SC、14％井冈·氟环唑SC对水稻纹枯病有良好的防治效果,防效高于生产上常用药剂20％烯肟·戊唑醇SC.5种复配制剂处理能增加水稻产量,与清水对照相比达显著性差异.在寒地水稻种植地区,推荐使用17％四氟·嘧菌酯SC、27.8％噻呋·苯醚SC进行水稻纹枯病防治.
  • 摘要：通过田间试验,研究了20％β-羽扇豆球蛋白多肽SL和50％腐霉利WP对西葫芦灰霉病的防治效果.20％β-羽扇豆球蛋白多肽SL 0.93 g/L和0.67 g/L处理3次药后的田间防效分别为82.71％、56.20％,与对照药剂50％腐霉利WP的田间防效存在显著差异.20％β-羽扇豆球蛋白多肽SL持效性显著优于50％腐霉利WP,但速效性不如50％腐霉利WP.
  • 摘要：依据干悬浮剂吸附机理、空间稳定机理，基于可逆加成断裂活性自由基聚合技术，设计合成了两端亲油，中间亲水，侧链带有苯环、羧基的“BAB”型嵌段聚合分散剂。聚合过程符合一级动力学特征，产品数均分子质量Mn=1.33×104，PDI=1.13，与理论值相近。将其应用于80%烯酰吗啉干悬浮剂中，XPS与FTIR等分析结果表明，该分散剂单分子层多点物理吸附于农药颗粒表面，吸附层厚度为1.29 nm，制剂zeta电位绝对值呈先增大后平稳趋势。%"BAB" block macromolecular dispersant was designed and prepared based on reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization. The dispersant had structure of lipophilic chains with hydrophilic chains end-capped, and side chains with benzene ring and carboxylates. This polymerization process has the characteristics of first order kinetics. The number-average molecular of the product was 1.33×104, and the corresponding polydispersity was 1.13 with a narrow molecular distribution. The adsorption behavior of dispersant on dimethomorph was confirmed as physical interaction, monolayer and multi adsorption by FTIR and XPS. The thickness of adsorbent layer on the surface of dimethomorph was 1.29 nm. Thezetapotential of dimethomorph 80% dry flowable (DF) increased first and then kept stable with high suspensibility.
  • 摘要：以2,3-二氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶等为起始原料，与硝基甲烷经亲核取代生成3-氯-2-硝基甲基-5-三氟甲基吡啶，再通过氯化亚锡还原得到2-氨基甲基-3-氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶，最后与2,6-二氯苯甲酰氯缩合得到氟吡菌胺。对其合成工艺（反应温度、时间、原料物质的量之比等）进行了讨论，产品及中间体结构经1H NMR表征确认。在优化条件下，反应总收率为59.5%。该工艺操作简单，条件温和，收率较高。%The target product fluopicolide was synthesized from 2,3-dichloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine via nucleophilic substitution reaction, reduction reaction, condensation reaction. The influences of the synthetic technological route were investigated, and the structures of key intermediates and fluopicolide were confirmed by1H NMR. Under optimized conditions, the total yield was 59.5%. This process was simple, the condition was mild.
  • 摘要：建立了一种高效液相色谱法同时测定混剂中霜脲氰和甲霜灵。采用高效液相色谱，以甲醇和水为流动相，用二极管阵列检测器，在220 nm波长下，对25%甲霜·霜脲氰水分散粒剂中有效成分进行测定。结果表明，霜脲氰和甲霜灵的线性相关系数分别为0.9997、0.9998，标准偏差分别为0.048、0.065，变异系数分别为0.38%、0.52%，平均回收率分别为100.60%、99.85%。%A method for the separation and determination of metalaxyl + cymoxanil 25% WG was described by HPLC, using methanol and water as mobile phase, with DAD on Eclipse XDB C18 column at the wavelength of 220 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of cymoxanil and metalaxyl were 0.999 7 and 0.999 8, the standard deviations were 0.048 and 0.065, the variation coefficients were 0.38% and 0.52%, the average recoveries were 100.60% and 99.85%, respectively.
  • 摘要：通过对润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂等品种及用量的筛选，制备40%嘧菌环胺悬浮剂。最佳配方为嘧菌环胺40%、润湿分散剂RYD-9813.5%、SP-SC27282%、SP-SC32%、防冻剂乙二醇4%、增稠剂硅酸镁铝1%、黄原胶0.1%、消泡剂0.3%，水补足至100%。该配方性能指标符合悬浮剂要求。田间药效试验表明，该悬浮剂对黄瓜灰霉病有较好的防治效果，配方粒径在一定范围内，防治效果随着粒径的缩小而提高。%The dosages and kinds of dispersants, thickeners, antifreezers, defoamers and other additives were screened to obtain cyprodinil 40% SC. The optimum formula was as follow, cyprodynil 40%, RYD-981 3.5%, SP-SC2728 2%, SP-SC3 2%, glycol 4%, magnesium aluminum siliacte 1%, xanthan gum 0.1%, defoamer 0.3%, and water added up to 100%. And it met the requirements of SC. The results of field efficacy trials showed that the SC provided good control effect on Botrytiscinerea, particle size of the formula within a certain range, the control effect improved gradually with the reduction of the particle size.
  • 摘要：According to the research on the types and dosages of solvent and emulsifier, the best formula of acetochlor + safener 882 g/L EC was confirmed. Compared with the common acetorchlor EC, the acetochlor + safener 882 g/L EC could relieve the phytotoxicity caused by acetochlor. The study of the formula also has reference significance for replacing toxic solvent.%通过试验，对乳化剂及溶剂的种类和用量进行筛选，确定了882 g/L乙草胺＋安全剂乳油的最佳配方。与常规乙草胺乳油产品相比，安全剂的加入可以保护作物免受乙草胺药害。同时该配方的开发对于乳油中有毒溶剂替代也有一定的借鉴意义。
  • 摘要：An ion chromatographic method for determining of hydroxylamine hydrochloride in methomyl was developed with post-column derivation and ampere detector. The sample was cleanuped, separated on an analytical column IonPac CS16, then analysed by external standard method. The results showed that at the concentration of 0.02-1.0 mg/L, the calibration curves were linear with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 8. The recoveries of the method were 95.3%-98.1% with the related standard deviations less than 3%. The detection limit was 2.5μg/L for hydroxylamine hydrochloride. The method was simple, effective, sensitive and selective. It was suitable for the determination of hydroxylamine hydrochloride in methomyl.%建立了离子色谱-柱后衍生测定灭多威中痕量盐酸羟胺的新方法。样品经净化后，采用IonPac CS16离子交换色谱柱、安培检测器检测，外标法定量。结果表明：盐酸羟胺在0.02～1.0 mg/L质量浓度范围内，线性关系良好，线性相关系数为0.9998。方法回收率为95.3%～98.1%，相对标准偏差均小于3%。检出限（信噪比3）为2.5μg/L。该方法简便，灵敏度高，无杂质干扰，前处理简便，可用于灭多威中痕量盐酸羟胺的测定。
  • 摘要：Biological activities of four ryanodine receptor insecticides were studied against three kinds of lepidoptera pests by leaf feeding method. The results showed that the bioactivities of SYP-9080 and chlorantraniliprole against 3 target pests were higher than flubendiamide and cyantraniliprole, but none of these four ryanodine receptor insecticides had ovicidal activity againstPlutellaxylostella. The growth and weight ofPlutellaxylostellawere affected, whenPlutella xylostellawere treated by sublethal doses of four ryanodine receptor insecticides. SYP-9080 and chlorantraniliprole had high bioactivities onMythimnaseperata,SpodopteraexiguaHübner,Plutellaxylostella. And sublethal doses of four ryanodine receptor insecticides could influence the growth and weight ofPlutellaxylostella.%采用叶片饲喂法，在处理后72 h，测定了4种鱼尼丁受体类杀虫剂对3种鳞翅目害虫（黏虫、甜菜夜蛾、小菜蛾）的活性，为其合理使用提供依据。试验结果表明：四氯虫酰胺和氯虫苯甲酰胺对3种鳞翅目幼虫的活性较高，均高于氟苯虫酰胺和溴氰虫酰胺的活性；4种鱼尼丁受体类杀虫剂对小菜蛾卵基本无活性；在不同亚致死剂量下，4种鱼尼丁受体类杀虫剂处理小菜蛾后，可使小菜蛾幼虫的体重降低，发育速度变缓。应用该类杀虫剂防治鳞翅目害虫的最佳时期应为卵孵化盛期至低龄幼虫活动期。不同亚致死剂量的4种鱼尼丁受体类杀虫剂处理小菜蛾后，均能对小菜蛾幼虫的正常生长产生影响。
  • 摘要：A method was developed for the determination of thiamethoxam + fosthiazate 12% GR by HPLC on C18 column with variable wavelength UV detector, using acetonitrile and 0.3% acetic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of thiamethoxam and fosthiazate were 0.999 3 and 0.999 4, the standard deviations were 0.056 and 0.140, the coefficients of variation were 2.68% and 1.35%, the average recoveries were 100.05% and 99.74%, respectively.%采用高效液相色谱法测定12%噻虫嗪·噻唑磷颗粒剂中噻虫嗪和噻唑磷的质量分数，使用C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器，以乙腈＋0.3%冰乙酸水溶液为流动相，用外标法对有效成分进行分析和定量。结果表明，噻虫嗪和噻唑磷的线性相关系数分别为0.9993和0.9994，标准偏差分别为0.056、0.140，变异系数分别为2.68%、1.35%，平均回收率分别为100.05%、99.74%。
  • 摘要：为筛选合适的铜制剂用以防治辣椒青枯病，考察了86%波尔多液干悬浮剂、37.5%氢氧化铜悬浮剂和33.5%喹啉铜悬浮剂对辣椒青枯病的田间防治效果。结果表明：86%波尔多液干悬浮剂的防效最为显著。2次药后7 d，86%波尔多液干悬浮剂1000 mg/L对辣椒青枯病的防效为56.7%，37.5%氢氧化铜悬浮剂1000 mg/L的防效为51.3%，33.5%喹啉铜悬浮剂1000 mg/L的防效为2.4%。%For screening suitable cupric pesticides on capsicum bacterial wilt. Bordeaux mixture 86% DF, copper hydroxide 37.5% SC and oxine-copper 33.5% SC were used for field trials. The results showed that bordeaux mixture 86% DF 1 000 mg/L could control capsicum bacterial wilt effectively, with the control effect of 56.7%, the control effects of copper hydroxide 37.5% SC 1 000 mg/L and oxine-copper 33.5% SC 1 000 mg/L were 51.3% and 2.4%.
  • 摘要：为确认防治褐飞虱适宜器械及用水量，分别选用手动喷雾器、电动喷雾器、弥雾机3种不同的施药器械，在4代褐飞虱低龄若虫盛期喷雾施药，考察40%吡蚜·呋虫胺水分散粒剂对稻飞虱的防效。结果表明：用水量450 kg/hm2的电动喷雾器处理与用水量750 kg/hm2的手动喷雾器处理对褐飞虱的防治效果相当，药后7 d的防效为90.59%～93.30%，药后21 d防效在98%以上；两处理防效极显著优于用水量225 kg/hm2的弥雾机处理对褐飞虱的防治效果。

Further more, the development status of all kinds of new pesticides on rice were summarized, and the growth trend of rice pesticide market in the coming years was forecasted.%简要介绍了水稻用杀虫剂、除草剂、杀菌剂的使用情况，及其主要市场、主要品种，概述了水稻用各类新农药的开发情况，并对水稻用农药市场前景进行了展望。
  • 摘要：In wheat flowering stage, eleven common pesticides were used in wheat production for controlling fusarium head blight. The residues and DON contents of the pesticides were detected at harvest time. The results indicated that except carbendazim, epoxiconazole and thiophonate-methyl, the degradation rates of the other pesticides were fast and residues were undetectable. Carbendazim, tebuconazole and phenamacril showed good inhibition effects on Don.%在小麦抽穗扬花期，采用多菌灵、氟环唑等11种当前生产上推广应用的药剂，按生产防治要求分别进行2次施药，施药后检测农药残留和赤霉菌毒素情况。结果表明：除多菌灵、氟环唑、甲基硫菌灵3种农药外，其余农药降解速度都较快（2次施药后16 d基本降解完全）。多菌灵、戊唑醇、氰烯菌酯对赤霉菌毒素的抑制效果较好。
  • 摘要：为探索农药减量增效技术，筛选防治水稻纹枯病高效药剂，2013—2014年进行了2年试验，并于2015年进行大面积推广。试验结果表明：噻呋酰胺及其复配制剂是防治水稻纹枯病的高效、长效药剂。在纹枯病发病初期（病株率低于3%）首次用药，20 d后第2次用药，2次用药即可有效控制水稻生育期纹枯病的发生。该农药减量增效技术的大面积推广取得了较好的经济、社会和生态效益。
  • 摘要：噻唑衍生物是一类重要的杂环化合物，具有广泛的除草、杀虫和杀菌等生物活性，并已有一系列噻唑类农药品种获得成功开发。综述近年来噻唑类农药或农药活性化合物的研究进展，包括噻二唑类、噻唑（硫）醚类、噻唑亚胺类、噻唑酰胺类、苯并噻唑类，以及苯并咪唑取代的噻唑类化合物。%Thiazole derivative was an important heterocyclic compounds. It showed wide biological activities as herbicidal, insecticidal, antifungal. In this paper, research advance of thiazole pesticides or compounds was discussed.
  • 摘要：The performances and their influencing factors of pesticide microcapsules were introduced in this paper. The research status of preparation methods, the characterization techniques and application on pesticide microcapsules were summarized. The entrapment rate, drug-loading rate and release characteristics were reviewed in detail.%介绍了制备农药微胶囊需要表征的主要性能指标，以及影响这些指标的因素。系统总结了微胶囊载药量、包封率和缓释性能方面表征方法的研究现状，对农药微胶囊表征指标的制定有一定的意义。
  • 摘要：建立了果蔗中氯虫苯甲酰胺残留的气相色谱检测分析方法。样品中氯虫苯甲酰胺用乙腈提取后将其转化为IN-EQW78，再经萃取，弗罗里硅土柱进一步净化后进行GC-μECD检测。结果表明：在0.01～1.0 mg/L质量浓度范围内，氯虫苯甲酰胺呈良好的线性关系（R2为0.9999）。在添加浓度为0.02～2.0 mg/kg时，蔗茎中氯虫苯甲酰胺回收率为84.05%～104.73%，相对标准偏差为3.67%～7.75%；蔗叶中回收率为77.99%～99.22%，相对标准偏差为1.50%～8.63%。该方法灵敏，精密度和准确度高，杂质干扰少，成本低，符合农药残留测定方法要求。%An analytical method was established for determining of chlorantraniliprole residues in chewing cane. Samples were extracted by acetonitrile, then chlorantraniliprole transformed to its derivative IN-EQW78. The derivative was extracted by ethyl acetate, cleaned up on the florisil column and then determined by GC withμECD. The results showed that at the concentration of 0.01-1.0 mg/kg, the method showed a good linear relation with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The recoveries of chlorantraniliprole in chewing cane and cane leaves ranged from 84.05% to 104.73% and from 77.99% to 99.22%, the coefficients of variation were 3.67%-7.75% and 1.50%-8.63%. The method was sensitive, accurate, convenient and could determinate chlorantraniliprole residues in chewing cane.
  • 摘要：Quaternary ammonium compounds are generally highly soluble in both lipid and water.Phthalein imide substituted phenoxy carboxylic acid ester quaternary ammonium salt new compounds were synthesized from 2-chloro-4-fluoro-5-nitrophenol via substitution reaction,reduction,acylation,esterification and quaternization to obtain target compounds.The bioassay results showed that all synthesized compounds exhibited herbicidal activity and the inhibition rates of most compounds to Zinnia and Abutilon theophrasti were over 85％ at the dosage of 150 g/hm2.%季铵盐型化合物具有良好的脂溶性及水溶性.在日本专利报道的2,4-滴季铵盐化合物的基础上进行结构修饰,以2-氯-4-氟-5-硝基苯酚为起始原料,经过酚羟基取代、硝基还原、酰化、酯化、季铵化等反应得到酞酰亚胺取代的苯氧羧酸酯季铵盐衍生物.除草活性测试结果显示,合成的大多数化合物在150 g/hm2有效成分用量下对百日草和苘麻的防效≥85％.
  • 摘要：对25％硝磺·二氯吡可分散油悬浮剂的分散介质、乳化剂、增稠剂等进行了筛选,确定了其优化配方.25％硝磺·二氯吡可分散油悬浮剂最优配方为硝磺草酮原药15％、二氯吡啶酸原药10％、农乳500 7％、HS-02 8％、HS-01 2％、有机膨润土1％、气相法白炭黑2％、大豆油20％、油酸甲酯35％.依此制备的制剂各项性能指标符合标准要求.%The processing method of mesotrione + clopyralid 25％ OD was introduced by screening disperse mediums,emulsifiers and thickeners.Mesotrione + clopyralid 25％ OD was prepared by wet grinding technology,and the performance indicators of the formulation accorded to the requirements of the OD.
  • 摘要：氟氯吡啶酯和氯氟吡啶酯具有新型芳基吡啶甲酸酯结构,归属于激素类除草剂.简要介绍了这2种除草剂的理化性质、生态毒性、合成方法,重点介绍了两者作用机理、应用情况以及开发历程,并对市场情况进行了展望.%Halauxifen-methyl and florpyrauxifen are novel herbicides from Dow,and both with auxin like activity similar to the pyridine carboxylic acids.The physical and chemical property,toxicology,synthetic method of halauxifen-methyl and florpyrauxifen were summarized in this paper.The application,development were introduced in details.At last,the growth trend of market in the coming years was forecasted.
  • 摘要：The process for manufacture of desmedipham is usually known via two-step method by using m-aminophenol,ethyl chloroformate and phenyl isocyanate as starting materials.In this paper,4 main impurities from desmedipham technical were structurally identified by HPLC-MS analysis data combined with reasonable speculation according to its manufacturing process,described the chemical formation processes of those impurities in the technical production,and thus proposed the improvements for the individual process so as to control & minimize the formation of each impurity.%甜菜安的生产工艺通常是以间氨基苯酚、氯甲酸乙酯和苯基异氰酸酯为主要原料经2步法合成.利用HPLC-MS分析并结合对生产工艺的合理推测,确定了甜菜安原药中4个主要杂质的化学结构,分析了其化学成因,提出了通过优化工艺过程控制这些杂质的方法.
  • 摘要：In order to evaluate the safety and establish the regular use of triticonazole in wheat.The residual dynamic experiments of triticonazole were carried out in 2015.Samples were extracted by acetonitrile,purified by solid phase extraction column,then detected by LC/MS/MS.The results showed that the half-lives of triticonazole in wheat and soil were 1.8-11.7 d,12.5-17.5 d,respectively.The final residues oftriticonazole in wheat,plant and soil were less than 0.05 mg/kg.%为评价灭菌唑在小麦上使用的安全性,建立其使用规范,于2015年开展了25 g/L灭菌唑悬浮种衣剂消解动态研究及最终残留试验.样品采用乙腈提取,固相萃取柱净化,LC/MS/MS进行检测.结果表明:灭菌唑在小麦植株和土壤中的半衰期分别为1.8～11.7d、12.5～17.5 d.灭菌唑在小麦、植株及土壤中的最终残留量均低于0.05 mg/kg.结合日本小麦上灭菌唑最大残留限量值,拟推荐灭菌唑在我国小麦上的最大残留限量为0.05 mg/kg.
  • 摘要：The photodegradation effects of light source wavelength,light intensity,initial concentration were studied in this paper.Then,the photodegradation functions of ultraviolet absorbent,antioxidant BHT,light screener SiO2,surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) under different reaction conditions were analyzed.The results showed that the photolysis rate increased with the decrease of light source wavelength and initial concentration of abamectin.And there was a positive correlation between the light intensity and photocatalytic degradation rate.Ultraviolet absorbent,antioxidant,light screener,surfactant had obvious inhibition function on photocatalytic degradation.%研究了光源波长、光照强度以及阿维菌素初始浓度对其光降解的影响,并系统考察了紫外吸收剂阿凡达、抗氧化剂BHT、光屏蔽剂纳米SiO2和表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠对阿维菌素光降解的影响.结果表明:光源波长越短,光照强度越大,初始浓度越低,则阿维菌素的光解速率越高.紫外吸收剂、抗氧化剂及光屏蔽剂对阿维菌素光降解有显著抑制作用.
  • 摘要：In order to evaluate the environment safety of ametryn,the adsorption behavior of ametryn in four kinds of soil were studied by the batch equilibrium method.The results showed that ametryn was difficult to be adsorbed by soil,the adsorption isotherm curve in soils was described by the Freundlich model.The adsorption isotherms in Anhui Xiaoxian belonged to L-type,the others belonged to S-type,the adsorption constants (Kd) of Guangxi Laibin,Guangxi Fusui,Guangxi Wuming,Anhui Xiaoxian were 4.85,4.00,2.87,0.77,respectively.Adsorption of ametryn was primarily related to the organic content in soil.The adsorbabilities of ametryn in soils followed the order of Guangxi Laibin,Guangxi Fusui,Guangxi Wuming,Anhui Xiaoxian.%采用振荡平衡法分别对莠灭净在不同甘蔗种植区土壤中的吸附特性进行了比较研究.结果表明,莠灭净在四地土壤中的吸附等温曲线符合Freundlich方程,广西来宾、广西扶绥、广西武鸣蔗土对莠灭净的吸附等温线呈S型,安徽萧县蔗土吸附等温线呈L型,吸附常数分别为4.85,4.00,2.87,0.77.莠灭净难以被土壤吸附,吸附能力与土壤有机质质量分数呈正相关.四地土壤对莠灭净吸附能力依次为广西来宾、广西扶绥、广西武鸣、安徽萧县.
  • 摘要：三氟苯嘧啶为杜邦公司开发的新型介离子类杀虫剂.以2-氨基吡啶、间三氟甲基苯乙酸等为起始原料,经过6步反应合成三氟苯嘧啶.目标化合物结构经1H NMR确证.杀虫活性测试结果表明:三氟苯嘧啶对小菜蛾、黏虫、桃蚜均具有一定的活性.在100 mg/L质量浓度下,三氟苯嘧啶对桃蚜的致死率达到89.1％.%Triflumezopyrim was a novel mesoionic insecticide developed by DuPont.Triflumezopyrim was synthesized from 2-aminopyridine and 3-(trifluoromethyl)phenylacetic acid.The structure of the target compound was confirmed by 1H NMR.The results of insecticidal activity at greenhouse showed that triflumezopyrim had insecticidal activities against diamondback moth,army worm and green peach aphid.At the concentration of 100 mg/L,the mortality of triflumezopyrim against green peach aphid was 89.1％.
