摘要：As benzene has strong characteristic absorption peak in ultraviolet spectrum region, the spectrophotometry can be applied to determine the trace benzene in ethanol. Comparing with the usual method of determination of absolute peakheight and derivative spectrophotometry, the method of quantitatively analyzing the trace benzene in ethanol by peak-to -background height has the advantage of being able to eliminate systematic and accidental errors and it is testified to be simple, reliable and practicable, According to the experimental results, the relation between pesk-to-backgrund height and concentration of benzene is liner in the range from 1to 100ppm and the fitting equation was given.

摘要：We have reported the synthesis of compounds mentioned in this paper and the characterization of their structure and properties withspectra7]. In this Work, we made a quantum chemistry calculation of Cu(En)2DDQ2, Cu(Phen)2DDQ2 and three analogous compoundsof Zn2+ coordinated with Phen, Bipy, and En ligands in octahedral model; discussed the feature of their chemical bonds. The resultObtained shows that DDQ radical anion is a considerable electron acceptor. It also would be helpful to understand the characteristics ofIR, ESR spectra of bile compounds and their conductivity discovered in solid state or solution.

10.人工蜂王的研制及对东方蜜蜂的生物活性

摘要：本文模拟天然蜂王信息素的组成，将合成的９－氧代－２Ｅ－癸烯酸，Ｒ／Ｓ－９－羟基－２－Ｅ－癸烯酸及其它一些微量成分按一定的比例混合，并附于醋酸纤维上制成人工蜂王，运用人工蜂王对东方蜜蜂进行了活性测试，结果表明在群味，聚集，消除失王情绪，抑制工蜂产卵，抑制建造急造王台等方面表现出出显著的生物活性，同时也研究了人工蜂王对产蜜量的影响。

摘要：Complex Cobalt(III) di[N-(p-methyl)phenyl-2 -pyridinecarboxamide] dihydrate chloride [Co(p-Me-PPA)2(H2O)2] Cl hadbeen synthesised. The single crystal strUcture of the metal complex had been successfully prepared and determined by fourcircle single crystal diffractometer. When the oxidation of cyclohexene was catalyzed by [Co(p-Me-PPA)2(H2O)2]Cl withmolecular oxygen as oxidant, the conversion reached 59% , the selectivity of cyclohexenone being 75%.

摘要：Under M2S3 - SO - super acid catalysis higher aliphatic ester are prepred. There are the best active of reaction and thebest selective catalyst by M2S3 - SO - super acid. Higher aliphatic ester has been synthesized from M2S3-SO4 - catalyst with70.2% conversion, and there is features of lower energy, no corrosion and no pollution.

摘要：Methods for separating 1-(2,4-Dichlorophenyl) 4, 4-dimethyl 1-2(1,2,4-triazol-l-yl) 1-penten-3-ol isomers and D,L-tryptophan enantiomers using HPTLC and TLC were investigated. The effects on Separation made by different nonchiral mobile phase, chiral mobile phase and two different shapes of plates were studied. Useful separation was obtained forstereoisomers, and the resolution of D, L-tryptophan was good by using chiral mobile phase additive(D-quinia).

摘要：This paper introduced two processes continuous reflux extraction and a continual reflux extraction of diosgenin. Making acomparison between the two methods, we found that the relation beteen the residue(Wn) of diosgenin in materials and time(n) canbe described for the continual reflux extractive process by the folllowing equation: Wu=WO’ A’ and the residue(Wt) of diosgenin inmaterials and time(t) can be described for the process by the following equation: Wt=A.(A. B+B)t-1 W0 It shows the recovery rateof the continual reflux extraction is better. The result of extraction indicated that the continual reflux extractive method enhancedrecovery Fate,and saved the time of extraction also.

摘要：We designed and synthesized 5 new compounds. Their chemical structures were confirmed by means of MS, HNMR andelemental analysis. FPA was tested for positive inotropic activity. The results showed that FPA could increase the contrastive amplitudeof isolated atrium of guinea pigs and had no influence upon rhythm of the hearts.

摘要：Twelve known compounds, colchicine, 2-demethylcolchicine, 2-demethyldemecolcine, 2-demethylcolchifoline, 2-demethyl-lumicolchicine, lumicolchicine, demecolcine, luteolin, apigenin, n-hentriacontane, n-triacontanol and sitosterol were isolated from cormsand flowers of colchicum autumnale Liliaceae which was introduced from Europe and cultivated in Zhaotong Yunnan, China The contents ofcolchicine in corms and flowers of colchicum autumnale were 0.015% and 0.04% respectively, and the content of demecolcine in corms was0.043%.

摘要：The catalysis of potassium carbonate in perkin reaction for the preparation of a-furanaerylic acid was discussed and comparedwith that of sodium acetate. With K2CO3 the Perkin reaction of furfuraldehtyde can be carried out at lower temperature, in shorter time,with less catalyst in higher yield and with better repeatability.

摘要：This paper briefly summarized the recent researches on the selective hydrogenstion of unsatUrated aldehydes overnanometoclusters conducted by the authors. Emphasis was put on the modification of metal canon and the effect of metal complex. Itwas shown that the introduction of some proper metal cation or metal complex ion can considerably promote both the activity and theselectivity of the nanometallic catalyst, thus, improve the catalytic performance of the catalytic system.
