This research aims to describe the ability of Physics Teachers of Senior High Schools in Sleman in planning and applying lesson and material by using the models that have been provided in 2013 curriculum. This research was survey design and it was conducted by using descriptive quantitative approach. The result of this research showed that the ability of teachers in planning and applying or implementing the lesson and the material is on good category.
